so i am sure everyone could come up with a list of like top five things that would just suck to get a phone call about. ie family death, house burning down and for a good majority of us that list would include getting the call or text message that your trails are inevitably getting plowed. saddly it is destined to happen and it is a fear that lurks in the minds of trail builders everywere.unfortunately this has recently become a realization for the state college trails. turns out someone thinks student housing would be more productive and hence our future looks grim.
nothing is final yet and we will build and ride till the bulldozers show but consequently the troops are being rallied and the minds of wasted youth are at work and any ideas, know someone that can help or will support are more than welcome. however, in the wake of whatever happens heads will be held high and memories will always be shared. flats, spades & piks will migrate to another spot and unlike other tragic happenings the clay will fly and trails will rise again from the earth, the progression of bmx will continue and the expression and creativity of trails will push on. can i get an amen!!!

so keep on prayin for some warm weather and maybe a radioactive dump underneath our trails and comeon out to ride before its too late

so weekend trip to rays was a blast tons of central pa riders made the four hour trip however only a couple were as dedicated or redneck as jared put it to drive up friday night and sleep in there truck lol lots of epic monents makes bmx what it is..... props to wascob on the first ever backflip to nose bonk sam weir for shreddin e verything in site none stop all day and those who didnt injur themselves which was relatively only fifty percent of those who went lol .....contiplatioin of the trip lots of time to think when driving four hours why do roughly fifteen hard riders all who live within thirty minutes of woodward the best skate park in the freakin country drive fours hours one way to ride for a weekend? seems a little messd up to me maybe im nieve i dont know

weather is looking good this week however freeze thaw is hitting hard already and stuff is getting tough looking to session pretty hard this weekend and probably call it a year so get to trails and ride. had quite a few people out yesterday for a little photo session for some reason everytime someone takes a pictrue of me im doing something stupid or doing a halfass whip ? oh well everyone else got some good posses going here are a couple to keep you interested and ready to ride outside before snow comes

so read thru my monthly issue of ride bmx the other day very excited to see local rider anthony napolatin interview however when questioned about his prefference his response was of course trails but state college has some sweet street spots?.... come on now i saw state college and thought maybe he mentioned weis trails considering he lives like three cranks away boooo... someone tell himno har4d feelingsbut to come out and ride trails instead of campus then maybe he can give us a shout out next time:)

not gona lie im a little nervous but rain is holdin at a mist and accuweather says its suposed to be done tonight and suposed to see some sun friday(weatherchannel says different but im not happy with them right now so i disregasrded their opinion to make myself feel better) that would be perfect. got some riding in yesterday but scraped flat bottoms were still a little tacky heading to hardware store later for a torch and some quick dry we will give er hell ... probably be at trails all day tomorrow so probably wont be on the internet so see yall saturday

Also we were throwing around this idea of a pumpkin carving contest little late but im goin with it. Bring a decorated/carved pumpkin bmx related or not to decorate and light the jam. Pumpkins will be judged towards the evening of the jam winner will most likely gets a free case of AMP or a hug. but most likely a couple weeks worth of sugar high.

Ryans pocket full of sunshine cant fight off the rain. still comin suposed to be here till tomorrow its allowing us to get some stuff finished that i dont believe we would have otherwise had running so its a good thing and next week is looking dry so we should have time to scrape and redial so everything is butter for the jam few steady group been out this past week and run for the border/your mom grew a lip overnight cant wait to see people tear it up.

I was thinking that we should put up directions so i got the addres of the closest house on that side of the street which is 154 waupalani drive state college pa 16801 for those with cool gps cars or mapquest. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE WHEN PARKING it is a college town so parking is hard to come by dont go parking in peoples front lawns or anything. weis doesnt usually give tickets on weekends so you should be ok to park there just a short walk accross the street heres a map for the photogenic learners:

Alright holy hell due to some governmental issues we have been forced to change our jam date and since the heathens have decided to change to the ninth and they always throw a kick ass jam dont want to have jams same day so we are proudly staking out the 16th of OCTOBER as our date!!!!! Sorry for any confusion or inconvienience. But life is a jam so if you still want to show up the second more than welcome too. this is probably good anyhow maybe itll cool off a little and wont be the sahara dessert then

just a little update not to much commotion this weekend christian and some heathens made the trip down to potoczny jam(click here for some pics) couldnt get off work wish someone would burn that place down...i feel a cold coming on for the catty jam this weekend(didnt get off for that either..wtf) anyhow dug by myself for the weekend got some shit done long and low from eights into o-4 turned out nice. was stacking dirt for your mom and ran into a trash pit fuckers who burries trash in the middle of a line

twas a good weekend weather finally cleared up long enough to get stuff ready to ride. STOKED!!! on Eights turning out real good. first three sets feel amazing next two need a little tweek and think they will be good. unfortunately no pics since ryan hasnt seemed to grasp the concept of email yet. Spirits are high with epicness happening yesterday in the desert...after a little dialing of the hill (no more cranking five times through a downhill course to hit a shitty take off) first two sets in eights got sent. Christian and I were a little sketched out but that soon went away with a couple run ups and first runs putting back tires right were they should be. Super pumped to see the whole line run as smooth. Everything else is getting smooth too and some new faces out hopefully some more will come with the new wave of students coming in.

Not sure why i even have to write this but trail ettiquite. If you ride and no one is there please water broom and retarp when your finished. clean up your trash and dont walk on lips.!!!!!!
